The Peer Advisory Forum for Business Leaders & Their Seconds in Command
The answers aren't out there somewhere — they're in the room when the right people come together. FutureXchange gives you and your Second in Command a trusted peer group that turns insight into aligned action, every month.

The Opportunity
Most leadership teams operate well below their capacity — not because of talent, but because of isolation.
You're turning problems over alone at night. Selective conversations, one person at a time, trying to piece the picture together from fragments.
Your Second in Command gets secondhand insights. You return from a peer group with a shifted perspective — they're left guessing what changed.
Without a trusted room to refine your thinking, decisions are more cautious than they need to be. Opportunity passes while you deliberate.
"Nearly two-thirds of CEOs do not receive outside leadership advice — but nearly all want it."

Your Guides
FutureXchange was founded by two operators who experienced the limitations of traditional peer forums firsthand — and discovered a better approach.
Co-Founder
I believe in connection. In community. In the quiet power that shows up when a room of people stops performing and starts thinking together — what facilitators call the collective wisdom of the group. Most of my work as a leader has been in service of unlocking that.
For 25 years I've been an entrepreneur — running, buying, building, and selling businesses across several industries. Along the way I joined peer forums (TEC Canada, Axis, BNI). They were essential. But something was always missing.
In a previous role I had the good fortune to discover the xchange approach and learn the facilitation techniques that genuinely unlock what a group already knows. I've spent years applying them — coaching and facilitating for small and mid-sized businesses, and for some of North America's largest corporations, delivering high-impact work.
FutureXchange is where I'm bringing that same impact to the peer forum format. The book that explains why — The Isolation Tax — is coming next.
Co-Founder
I believe in execution. Insight without follow-through is entertainment — and the businesses that win are the ones that turn good thinking into operational reality. Most of my work has been in service of that translation: from idea to outcome.
For 15 years I've been a B2B operator, building the systems and structure that let companies scale. I helped take one company to $44M from the VP seat, where I learned what it actually takes to move a business forward — spotting where the market is heading next, building the relationships that compound over time, and shipping the work.
Along the way I became a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified xchange Guide — pairing operational discipline with the facilitation craft that draws the best out of a room.
At FutureXchange I bring the structural and operational lens that keeps every session focused on outcomes, not just conversation. That's how we turn collective wisdom into real impact.
The Plan
Answer 18 honest questions. In 5 minutes, you'll see exactly where isolation is costing you — and where you're already strong.
Membership is by application only. We curate every cohort for diversity, depth, and commitment — because the power of the room depends on who's in it.
You and your Second in Command join a monthly four-hour session. Bring your real challenges. Leave with aligned decisions and committed next steps.
The Transformation
Still carrying strategic decisions alone
Slower, more cautious decisions driven by uncertainty
You and your Second in Command operating on different versions of the truth
The same blind spots, the same patterns, repeating
Knowing there's a better way — but not finding it
Decisions informed by the collective wisdom of your advisory forum, and facilitated to convert ideas into results
Faster, more confident, peer-validated decisions
You and your Second in Command aligned from the same room
Cross-industry insight sparking approaches you couldn't see alone
Energized, supported, and running on trust
Online by Design
We purposefully designed FutureXchange as an online peer advisory forum — and the reasons are the same reasons our members stay.
Your peer group isn't limited to who's nearby. We curate across regions and industries — giving you perspectives you'd never find in a local boardroom.
Four hours of focused, facilitated work — without the flights, hotels, and lost productivity. You're back at your desk the same afternoon.
When geography isn't a constraint, the room gets stronger. Different markets, different industries, different lenses — all focused on your challenge.
Every moment is intentional. Breakout rooms, designed hallway time, facilitated check-ins — we've engineered the connection that in-person forums leave to chance.
Plus: Local In-Person Meet Ups
Online keeps us connected. In-person deepens the bonds. Members gather locally for social events — building the kind of trust that only happens face to face.
