Colby Harder
Nearly thirty years building, acquiring, and selling businesses, including CONTI, a Vancouver-based AV company with a fifty-year legacy, sold to ET Group in 2022. A member of TEC, Axis Group, and BNI who experienced firsthand both the value and the structural limitations of traditional peer forums, then discovered the xchange methodology. FutureXchange brings the CEO and their 2iC into the same room, because real alignment can't happen separately.
Clayton Creed
Fifteen years in B2B operations. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Certified xchange Guide. Helped scale a company to $44M from the VP seat. Clayton knows what it takes to grow a business and what breaks when you do. With deep expertise in AI transformation, self-managed organizational frameworks, and operational systems, he helps leaders build companies that scale without falling apart. As co-founder of FutureXchange, he brings the structure and the operational lens that keeps every session focused on outcomes, not just conversation.
Dr. Tara Grant
Dr. Tara Grant brings 25+ years of educational experience to FutureXchange, where she supports the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences. With a Doctor of Education from the University of South Carolina and training in the Harkness Method, she applies advanced facilitation techniques to ensure inclusive, discussion-driven sessions. Tara's background includes teaching at Queen's University, and both public and private education systems. She is known for translating complex ideas into clear, actionable learning that empowers all levels of leadership.
Quincy Mittertreiner
Quincy brings over 30 years of sales leadership experience to FutureXchange, where he plays a key role in relationship development and strategic growth. He has led national teams, built trusted partnerships, and supported complex technology decisions across industries. With a science degree from the University of Calgary and deep expertise in customer experience, telecom, and unified communications, Quincy helps clients align business goals with the right solutions, building relationships rooted in trust, insight, and long-term value.
