For Business Leaders and Their Seconds in Command Who Are Done Deciding Alone
FutureXchange is a peer advisory forum for Business Leaders and their Seconds in Command. Built on the science of collective intelligence, facilitated using The xchange Approach, and designed for the people who carry the weight of growing a business.
The Challenge
You've built something real. But the bigger the decisions get, the fewer people you can actually talk to about them. The team can't fully see it. Your family was never meant to carry it. And the peer groups you've tried haven't gone deep enough.

Are Carrying It Alone

The Real Weight of Disengagement
Disengaged teams drain $8.9 trillion from the global economy every year. The biggest factor? The quality of the people at the top.

The Forum
FutureXchange brings together Business Leaders and their Seconds in Command from different industries for structured peer problem-solving. Not freeform discussion. Not a parade of speakers. A facilitated room where the collective wisdom of your peers produces better answers than any individual could generate alone.
Deliberately curated for cross-industry diversity. Business owners and operators chosen for their character, insights, and the perspective they bring.
Business Leader and Second in Command in the same room, working on the same problems. So the insights, the decisions, and the alignment travel home together.
Every session uses The xchange Approach: a structured process designed to unlock the full intelligence of the room, not just the loudest voice. Used inside Google, NASA, Nike, and 200+ organizations worldwide.
For the Second in Command
You are not a guest in this room. You are a full participant.
Every FutureXchange cohort includes both Business Leaders and their Seconds in Command. You'll have peers in the room who carry the same operational weight you do. The sessions are designed so both you and your Business Leader engage, contribute, and walk away with aligned decisions.
This is not another event where the Business Leader comes back and tells you what they picked up. This is the room where you both think, decide, and act together.

I believe in connection. In community. In the quiet power that shows up when a room of people stops performing and starts thinking together — what facilitators call the collective wisdom of the group. Most of my work as a leader has been in service of unlocking that.
For 25 years I've been an entrepreneur — running, buying, building, and selling businesses across several industries. Along the way I joined peer forums (TEC Canada, Axis, BNI). They were essential. But something was always missing.
In a previous role I had the good fortune to discover the xchange approach and learn the facilitation techniques that genuinely unlock what a group already knows. I've spent years applying them — coaching and facilitating for small and mid-sized businesses, and for some of North America's largest corporations, delivering high-impact work.
FutureXchange is where I'm bringing that same impact to the peer forum format. The book that explains why — The Isolation Tax — is coming next.

I believe in execution. Insight without follow-through is entertainment — and the businesses that win are the ones that turn good thinking into operational reality. Most of my work has been in service of that translation: from idea to outcome.
For 15 years I've been a B2B operator, building the systems and structure that let companies scale. I helped take one company to $44M from the VP seat, where I learned what it actually takes to move a business forward — spotting where the market is heading next, building the relationships that compound over time, and shipping the work.
Along the way I became a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified xchange Guide — pairing operational discipline with the facilitation craft that draws the best out of a room.
At FutureXchange I bring the structural and operational lens that keeps every session focused on outcomes, not just conversation. That's how we turn collective wisdom into real impact.

What Membership Looks Like
FutureXchange runs in cohorts of 15 companies. That's a design decision, not a marketing one. A room of 15 means every member gets real time on their real problems.
4-hour structured sessions, professionally facilitated. Deep work. Not passive listening.
1-on-1 or small group coaching with the facilitators. Between-session guidance.
Reflection tools, decision frameworks, session recaps, peer connection. The only peer advisory forum with AI coaching built in.
Think about what a single consulting engagement runs: $15,000–$25,000 for a fraction of the perspective you get monthly in this room. Think about what one wrong hire runs, or six months of misalignment between you and your Second in Command.
